Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for over 5 months (6 lunar cycles), no fining, no filtration, no added sulfites, may contain deposits.

Aged for one year in local oak barrels with a capacity of 5–7 hectoliters.

Harvest 2017 – Lot 06/2017

Tasting notes: aromas of red forest fruits, pleasant acidity, soft tannins, satisfying sensations, smooth and elegant.

Pairings: cheese and cured meat boards, grilled meats, pasta with ragù, lasagna, roasts, black truffle.

Occasions: snacks, full meals.

Serving temperature: 18°C.
