Zigara 2022
Rosé wine made from a blend of Bianchello, Sangiovese, and Aleatico grapes.
This wine recalls the peasant tradition, where farmers would sell grapes to pay off debts accumulated during the year (hence the origin of the Pagadebit grape in nearby Romagna), keeping only two rows of white and red grapes that, for reasons of economy and labor, were cultivated together.
