White wine obtained from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes (70% and 30%).
Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts and 21 days of skin maceration (three lunar phases), no clarification, no filtration, no added sulphites; sediment may occur.
The name Raphael was chosen to strengthen the connection with the territory, the city of Urbino, birthplace of Raphael.

Tasting notes: floral and fruity aromas, highlighting green apple, tropical fruits, pear, peach, and various vegetal notes with a subtle green almond finish.
Food pairings: assorted snacks, cheeses, cured meats, tartare.
