Aging for one year in stainless steel.

Harvest 2018

Tasting notes: aromas and scents of red forest fruits, nice acidity, soft tannins, satisfying sensations.

Food pairings: cheese and charcuterie boards, grilled meats, pasta with ragù, lasagna, roasts, black truffle.

Tasting occasions: snacks, throughout the meal.

Serving temperature: 16–18°C.
