Maraia era il soprannome della sorella di Leonardo, vignaiolo, cantiniere e forza portante della cantina.
Questo vino rappresenta la vivacità e la voglia di vivere di Maria Pia , soprannominata Maraia all’italiana perchè amava le canzoni di Mariah Carey.

Description
White wine made from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes (50%-50%).
Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts. No clarification, no filtration, aged for 9 months on fine lees with bâtonnage, without racking until bottling. No added sulfites, may contain sediment.
Harvest: 2021
Tasting notes: Fresh and very elegant wine with marked acidity, white-fleshed fruit, and spring flowers. Elegant finish with hints of bitter almond.
Pairings: Appetizers, cheeses, fish, white meats, white truffle.
Serving occasions: Aperitifs and throughout meals.
Optimal serving temperature: 12°C
