White wine obtained from Biancame grapes.
Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts, no fining, no filtration, no added sulfites. May present sediment.
The name SIMANDRO comes from the names of the owner’s children, SIMone and AlessANDRO, who have been helping with the first harvest since they were little.
Vintage Lot 07/2022
Tasting notes: white-fleshed fruits, spring flowers of elderflower and hawthorn, gooseberry. Elegant finish with hints of green almond. Slightly more structured than the 2020 vintage.
Pairings: cheeses, cured meats, grilled dishes, fish, white meats, fried foods
Occasions: aperitifs, snacks, and all meals
Optimal serving temperature: 8°C
