White wine obtained from Biancame grapes.
Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts, no clarification, no filtration, no added sulphites; sediment may occur.
The name SIMANDRO comes from the names of the owner’s children, SIMone and AlessANDRO, who have been involved since childhood in the first harvest.
Harvest 2021
Tasting notes: white-fleshed fruits, spring flowers such as elderflower and hawthorn, gooseberry. Elegant finish with hints of green almond.
Food pairings: cheeses, cured meats, grilled dishes, fish, white meats, fried foods.
Tasting occasions: aperitifs, snacks, and throughout the meal.
Optimal serving temperature: 8°C.
