Rosé Wine obtained from a blend of Bianchello, Sangiovese, and Aleatico grapes.
A wine that recalls the farming tradition where the farmer would sell the majority of the grapes to pay off the debts accumulated throughout the year (hence the origin of the Pagadebit grape variety in nearby Romagna), and then remain with two rows of white and red grapes that were worked together for economic and labor reasons.

Description
Rosé Wine obtained from a blend of Bianchello, Sangiovese, and Aleatico grapes.
Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts, no clarification, no filtration, may contain sediments.
Ancestral wine bottled before the end of primary fermentation.
