Red wine made from Sangiovese grapes.

Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for over 5 months (6 lunar cycles). No clarification, no filtration, no added sulfites, may contain sediment.

Aged for one year in stainless steel.

Vintage: Lot 08/2020

Tasting Notes: Aromas and flavors of wild red berries, vibrant acidity, smooth tannins, satisfying sensations.

Pairings: Cheese and charcuterie boards, grilled meats, pasta with ragù, lasagna, roasts, black truffle dishes.

Tasting Occasions: Snacks, with meals.
