Polvere sei e polvere tornerai,
ma tra una polvere e l’altra un buon bicchiere non fa mai male.

Unique Lands and Flavors

The estate lies at an average altitude of about 380 meters above sea level, with a predominantly southern exposure, at the foothills of the Monti delle Cesane Natural Park (640 m a.s.l.) and facing the Apennine range of Mount Catria (1,702 m a.s.l.), Mount Nerone (1,525 m a.s.l.), and Mount Pietralata (889 m a.s.l.).

Il Terroir

ChatGPT ha detto:

Terroir as climate, geology, topography, and soil — understood as a living and complex organism that nourishes the vine, allowing it to grow healthy and productive, concentrating in its grapes the aromas and flavors that the plant can gather and amplify from our land.

On our estate, we can truly speak of terroir, where the contribution of man as winemaker and cellar master is essential, acting as the bearer of techniques derived from both ancient traditions and innovation.

THE CULTIVATION AND PROCESSING
OF OUR GRAPES

Tradition is the guiding principle behind the winery’s production goals. Today, we produce organic wines, sometimes loosely referred to as “natural,” but always healthy.

The term “natural” describes our way of working and way of life, as respectful as possible of nature and of the product itself. Complete craftsmanship and the absence of any alchemy in the cellar reflect everyone’s right to enjoy healthy wine.
